We are a family run business in St Ives Cornwall. We were taught how to make center’s for chocolates by three Master Chocolatiers. We began cooking our fudges in Copper Pans in the back kitchen of our home & presented our finished product in bar format for display & ease on the eye. The taste is unequalled to any other “like product” you may have tasted (as you will know once you have tried our products). We still use only the finest ingredients & still cook in the same way today, so you can guarantee that buying from us, you will have bought quality confectionery.
