We are a family run business in St Ives Cornwall. We were taught how to make center’s for chocolates by three Master Chocolatiers. We began cooking our fudges in Copper Pans in the back kitchen of our home & presented our finished product in bar format for display & ease on the eye.

Cornwall, our family-run fudge and confectionery shop has been a cherished part
of the community for 50+ wonderful years. Since opening our doors in 1975, we’ve
dedicated ourselves to crafting traditional handmade fudge and sweets using
time-honoured recipes, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of love.

From the rich, buttery texture of
our classic vanilla fudge to the playful pop of our seasonal specials, every
batch is stirred, poured, and cut by hand in our shop – just as it was five
decades ago. We source only the finest ingredients and never cut corners,
because we believe every bite should take you back to simpler, sweeter times.

More than just a shop, we’re a
tradition. Visitors and locals alike return year after year – sometimes
generation after generation – to share in the simple joy of an old-fashioned
